Add Patient

Save the profile information and complete a detailed articulation assessment.

Important: Before clicking Save, please copy the patient's Username and Password. You will need to email or share these login credentials with the patient so they can sign in to the Patient Portal and begin their therapy sessions.

When you create a patient profile for the first time, the system automatically sends a verification email to the patient's registered email address. The patient must verify their email address before they can log in. After verification, they can use the Username and Password you provided to access the Patient Portal.
